What is the racial funding gap?

Did you know that less than 10% of multi-billion philanthropic dollars are granted to non-profits that are led by Black, Indigenous (native), and people of color, every year?

This inequitable practice leads to under-investment in marginalized communities. It also leads to inconsistent resources for many community based nonprofits that are doing vital work to uplift our society.

There have been numerous and decades old studies about this topic and we are proud to be the first to address the funding gap in the tech sector. We think it's about time to innovate our way towards a more just and equitable society!

At Mintlink, we are intentional about closing this gap, by centering the leadership of those most impacted by the social issues they address. For more information, we encourage you to check out the linked articles and resources.
